Azureus Speed Control enables automatic configuration of your upload limit. This addresses the problem of implicit additional upload when Azureus downloads with high speed, which can lead to connection choking. This is a problem specially for users with low upload bandwidth like German ADSL users.
If your download rate increases, the upload limit will be reduced by a value that can be customized. If the download rate decreases, the upload limit will increase again.
